Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in business development within the IT sector, with a proven track record of driving sales, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Address client needs and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, targets, and client feedback.
  • Present regular updates to management on progress and achievements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years in IT business development or related roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT services/products (e.g., software development, web/app development, SaaS, cloud computing).
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tools: Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and online research tools.
  • Soft Skills: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
