Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms. You will also be in charge of creating and maintaining a pipeline of leads, delivering sales presentations, building relationships with clients and partners, negotiating deals, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Research and prospecting: Identify potential clients, partners, and business opportunities through market research and networking. - Lead generation: Create and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Sales presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners. - Relationship building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients & partners. - Negotiation and closing deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms with clients and partners, and close deals. - Client Co-ordination: Act as the interface between the client and the operations team from the contract to completion of the event. - Market analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth. - Collaboration with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and success. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in business development or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Hindi is preferred. - Full-time availability for in-person work.
