Business Development Executive,Educational SalesWe're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our Business Development team for Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad And Meerut Districts, focusing on the school and higher education sectors across India. If you have a knack for sales, building relationships, and are passionate about education, we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our market presence and driving product awareness. You'll identify innovative ways to distribute our products and services to educational institutions, ultimately growing our client base. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 2-5 years in field sales preferably Educational Sales Key Responsibilities:●    Client Engagement: Meet with school and college authorities to present and demonstrate our products and programs, effectively explaining their benefits and value. ●    Sales & Business Development: Drive sales by convincing clients and securing deals with educational institutions. ●    Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and continuously expand our distribution network. ●    Reporting & Planning: ○    Prepare comprehensive sales plans for your assigned region, including detailed budgets and revenue projections. ○    Submit regular reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) to the department head within defined timelines. ●    Area Coverage: Effectively cover assigned geographical areas, districts, or zones as determined by the company. ●    Communication: Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange. ●    Guideline Adherence: Follow reporting structures and guidelines set by your manager. Required Skills & Qualifications:●    Experience: Proven experience in educational sales is essential. Experience working with publications companies or teaching will be a significant advantage. ●    Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must. ●    Sales Acumen: Strong customer convincing skills, with the ability to provide proper demonstrations and presentations. ●    Business Development: A solid understanding of marketing strategy and business development principles. ●    Travel: Willingness to travel both locally and outstation as required. ●    Presentation: Professional and presentable demeanor.   We're looking for candidates who can join immediately!
