Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients in Europe. The role involves lead generation, inside sales, and leveraging digital platforms to position Venkat Tech as the trusted outsourcing partner for IT, Software, Finance & Accounting, and BPO services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email outreach, and online channels.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage target clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to European MSMEs & Mittelstand firms.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal, and closure.
• Build long-term client relationships and nurture pipeline opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales / International outsourcing sales.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and online lead generation.
• Knowledge of outsourcing/offshoring models (IT, ITES, F&A, BPO) preferred.
• Experience in engaging European clients is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
