Job Title: Sales Lead Generation - Intern About Us: Venkat Tech Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is a dynamic offshore and outsourcing company specializing in accounting, Hire to Retire, IT & Software, and business services. As we continue to expand our global footprint, we seek talented professionals to join our team and drive lead generation for our diverse service offerings. Role Overview: As a Sales Lead Generation Intern, you will be at the forefront of identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. This role demands a strategic mindset, a results-driven attitude, and proficiency in leveraging digital platforms like LinkedIn, email, and other tools to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and qualify prospective clients in target markets, including accounting, HR, IT, and business services industries. Conduct outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate leads. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and engagement techniques. 2. Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and understand client needs. Analyze competitors and industry trends to craft compelling value propositions tailored to potential clients. 3. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers, including CFOs, HR managers, and IT heads. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and pain points. 4. Social Media & Digital Outreach: Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to create engaging content and drive interest in our services. Actively participate in online forums, groups, and discussions relevant to outsourcing and offshoring services. 5. Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and ROI on campaigns. Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance data and feedback. Qualifications: B.Tech, flair for Marketing, sales and relationship building Passion for sales and research and lead generation in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools is a plus. Knowledge of outsourcing is highly desirable.
