As we scale our operations, we’re seeking a visionary Process Lead – Clipper to elevate our production standards and lead innovation in imaging technologies. Role Overview: As the Technical Lead – Clipper / Image Editor , you will drive the modernization of our clipping and image processing workflow by adopting the most advanced tools, automation methods, and AI-integrated platforms. You’ll lead a cross-border team, mentor junior editors, and implement best practices that raise the bar for visual quality, efficiency, and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Modernization Leadership: Transition our workflows from legacy tools like Photoshop to modern, efficient, and AI-powered platforms. Production: Manage data to day Image editing works with quality and timelines Tool & Workflow Innovation : Evaluate and implement new software/tools for image clipping, retouching, and automation; build semi-automated pipelines where applicable. Quality Control & Process Governance: Set and enforce updated quality standards. Train teams on precision techniques such as perfect clipping, natural shadows, and high-end model retouching. Team Mentorship: Guide junior editors and team members on the latest industry practices; conduct upskilling workshops regularly. Client-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with clients (mainly German-based) to understand needs, propose modern workflows, and ensure delivery of world-class outputs. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of advanced experience in image clipping, retouching, and post-production with leading organizations Strong understanding of modern AI and automation tools for image editing / Ecommerce Image retouch Expertise beyond Photoshop – familiarity with or openness to tools like Luminar AI, Topaz AI, Remove.bg API, etc. Hands-on experience with automation scripting (e.g., Python, Photoshop Automation in image processing context) Experience working with international creative teams or in outsourcing environments Excellent visual sense and attention to detail Good to Have: Background in Fine Arts or Design / Engineering Experience building custom automation scripts using Adobe SDKs or APIs Exposure to SaaS-based image editing platforms Prior experience in leading production or technical teams Why Join Us? Qualifications: B.Tech, flair for Marketing, sales and relationship building Passion for sales and research and lead generation in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools is a plus. Knowledge of outsourcing is highly desirable.
