Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Meet prospective clients, understand their property needs, and present suitable project options. Build and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, brokers, and corporate partners. Promote ongoing and upcoming real estate projects through presentations, meetings, and site visits. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and events for lead generation. Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets. Maintain client data, follow-up records, and sales reports using CRM tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and follow-up abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
