Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and generate new business leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with company products/services. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demos. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement lead generation campaigns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Provide feedback from clients and prospects to help shape product development and marketing strategies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. [1–3+] years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
