The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions that meet customer needs and support the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and digital channels. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Proposal Development: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and company capabilities. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular progress reports, and update CRM systems. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (industry-specific experience is a plus). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
