Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executives. The ideal candidate will actively engage with private schools and clients, drive CSR partnerships, maintain CRM data, and contribute to impact through MIS reporting. This is a field-intensive role with regular client and school visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field visits to private schools and potential clients for business generation
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, donors, and stakeholders
  • Identify CSR funding opportunities and engage with corporate and institutional partners
  • Develop and present customized proposals and partnership pitches
  • Maintain and update records through CRM tools
  • Generate and share MIS reports for management and performance tracking
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, donors, and outreach activities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and outreach goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: BSW / MSW / MBA / PGDM / Graduate (preferably with CSR/fundraising/education sector exposure)
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years in business development, CSR fundraising, or institutional sales
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office; ability to create and manage MIS reports
  • Willingness to travel for client and school visits
  • Own laptop is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners will be given preference
