Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive at Mecora, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our steel windows and doors to key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including partnerships and market expansions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute effective business strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of business development activities and progress reports.
  • Represent Mecora at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in construction materials or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
