Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Bidding Executive to discover, pitch, and win SEO-focused projects on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and PeoplePerHour. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, a flair for persuasive writing, and the capability to convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Research & Lead Generation

Identify and shortlist relevant SEO project opportunities daily across leading freelancing platforms.

Analyze client requirements and align them with our SEO offerings.

Proposal Writing & Bidding

Draft tailored, compelling proposals with strong value propositions, case studies, and portfolio links.

Submit bids punctually and ensure adherence to platform norms and quality standards

Client Communication & Negotiation

Initiate and maintain professional communication with prospective clients.

Respond to queries, clarify deliverables, and negotiate terms to secure contracts

Collaboration & Handoff

Work closely with the SEO and operations teams to align bidding approaches with service capabilities and pricing structures.

Provide client insights and feedback to support smooth execution post-award.

Reporting & KPI Tracking

Maintain organized daily logs of bids, leads, and outcomes.

Share weekly performance summaries, including conversion metrics and revenue details.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in online bidding—preferably in SEO or broader digital marketing.

Strong command of written and verbal English.

Familiarity with SEO deliverables (keyword research, on-page/off-page strategies) and client expectations.

Proficiency in writing engaging, customized proposals that stand out.

Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, etc.

Excellent negotiation skills with a target-oriented mindset.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Number of proposals submitted (daily/weekly)

Proposal-to-conversion ratio

Monthly revenue from acquired SEO projects
