Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager (ILL) to acquire, manage, and grow corporate accounts for our Telecom/ISP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proven B2B sales experience, and solid understanding of internet leased lines and telecom services. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client AcquisitionIdentify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment. Conduct sales visits, client meetings, presentations, and product demos. Target corporates, SMEs, enterprises, and commercial establishments. Sales of Telecom/ISP Solutions Promote and sell solutions such as: Internet Leased Line (ILL) Broadband MPLS PRI VoIP SD-WAN Other telecom/enterprise connectivity services Understand client requirements and recommend ideal connectivity solutions. Relationship & Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, billing, installation) for seamless client onboarding. Provide post-sale support and ensure high customer satisfaction. Sales Operations Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales agreements. Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate sales records, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM. Market Intelligence Stay updated on industry trends, competitor services, pricing, and new technologies. Attend field visits, networking events, exhibitions, and partner meets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in B2B sales (Telecom/ISP preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand telecom terminologies and internet technologies. Self-driven, target-oriented, and excellent at client handling. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic internet concepts. Additional Requirements (Preferred) Experience selling ILL, MPLS, PRI, SD-WAN, VoIP, or similar enterprise connectivity services.
