Location: Indore (Hybrid: Office + Remote as required)

Experience Required: 2–3 years in Business Development / Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing or Advertising)
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online research, networking, and client outreach.
• Pitch and present S&J’s digital marketing and creative services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to prepare proposals and marketing presentations.
• Maintain detailed records of client communication, negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-driven, confident, and persuasive personality.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
