Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities:·         Customer Interaction: Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. ·        Sales Reporting: Generate monthly and annual sales reports to analyze growth trends and identify areas for improvement. ·        Client Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with high-paying clients        through regular visits, personalized service, negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices and reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.   ·        Profit Optimization: Strengthen profit opportunities by effectively managing time and resources to meet and exceed sales objectives, attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. ·        Client Education: Educate clients on product offerings and provide guidance on authorization lines to ensure their needs are met, crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. ·        Troubleshooting: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications:·         Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment. ·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·        Strong analytical skills for reporting and great networking skills. ·        Ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. ·        Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
