Job Description

Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Generate and qualify new business leads in domestic and international markets.
Present and promote RIO BizSols range of services including IT Staffing, Digital Marketing, Software Reselling, and SaaS products.
Conduct virtual and on-site client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.
Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Maintain updated client records and activities in CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally during
business expos, webinars, and sales events.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
06 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confident, outgoing, and well-presented personality.
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for business meetings or events, when required.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC Range:
3 LPA to 8 LPA based on performance and experience.
