Job Title: Customer Support Executive / Senior Customer Support Executive Location: Thoraipakkam, Chennai Industry: Hospitality Process: Domestic Voice Support Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats related to hospitality services, bookings, and memberships. Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, and policies. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Ensure prompt resolution and follow-up on customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain detailed and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet individual and team performance targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department while maintaining ownership of the issue. Requirements (Customer Support Executive): 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer support role (preferably in the hospitality, BPO, or service industry) Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and any regional language (Tamil preferred) Good listening skills, patience, and a customer-centric attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools/CRM Requirements (Senior Customer Support Executive): 2 to 4+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a senior or escalation-handling role Ability to guide junior team members and assist with training when needed Strong conflict resolution and multi-tasking skills Experience in handling escalated queries and complex customer issues Preferred Attributes: Prior experience in the hospitality , travel , or retail service sectors Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary and incentives Professional growth opportunities Friendly and supportive work culture Employee discounts on hospitality services
