Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing solutions. Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand client hiring needs and pitch tailored recruitment solutions. Develop proposals and negotiate commercials with clients. Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure seamless client servicing. Maintain detailed records of BD activities, pipelines, and client interactions. Required Skills Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Good understanding of recruitment, staffing, and manpower industry trends. Ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue targets.
