Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and responsible Sales Executive (field-level) to support our Institutional Uniform & Workwear business. The candidate will be responsible for daily client follow-ups, site visits, lead generation, and coordination with the head office. This is a field sales role – ideal for someone who wants to grow in B2B sales and build a long-term career in uniforms or garments.

Key Responsibilities: -

· Visit clients (corporates, hospitals, hotels, schools, automobile, engineering, electronics, Airlines, Food and Beverage Industries. etc) to show product samples and collect requirements.

· Follow up regularly with existing and new clients for inquiries, orders, and feedback.

· Understand customer needs related to design, fabric, quantity, and timelines.

· Coordinate with head office/design/production team for quotations and delivery.

· Help and assist in sample collection, size measurement, and delivery handovers.

· Maintain accurate daily reports of client visits, leads, and client communication in the company reporting system.

· Achieve monthly sales targets.

· Willing to travel within the city and outstation.

Candidate Profile: -

· Sincere, punctual, and willing to work on the ground level.

· Good communication skills in Hindi and local language (basic English is a plus).

· Active in follow-ups and confident in client interaction.

· Should have a two-wheeler and smartphone (travel allowance will be provided).

· Willing to learn about fabrics, stitching, uniforms, and safety wear (training will be providing one week in Mumbai/Bhiwandi office location) after Joining.

Qualifications: -

Graduate (any stream)

4+ years of field sales experience (preferably in garments, uniforms, textiles, FMCG, etc.)

Based in Pune - Field travel within the Maharashtra area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
