Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and passionate about sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct meetings, sales presentations, and product/service demos
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM updates, and follow-up on leads
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) for seamless client onboarding
• Participate in promotional activities, events, and business campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field with 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B sales, corporate outreach, or client acquisition
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Knowledge of the industry or service domain will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
