Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

• Identify new business opportunities within the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).
• Generate leads through research, networking, social platforms, cold calling, and industry events.
• Build a strong sales pipeline for BIM projects, including Scan-to-BIM, MEP Modeling, Architectural Modeling, Structural Modeling, Shop Drawings, and BIM Coordination.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their BIM requirements.
• Conduct virtual and onsite meetings, presentations, and capability demonstrations.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers based on BIM scopes.
• Negotiate terms and close deals by showcasing company capabilities and technical strengths.

4. Coordination with Technical Teams

• Collaborate closely with BIM teams (Architecture, Structure, MEP) to understand project requirements.
• Communicate client expectations clearly to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide technical and commercial feedback from clients to internal teams for improvement.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain an updated record of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry innovations within BIM.

6. Branding & Market Presence

• Represent the company at BIM conferences, seminars, and exhibitions.
• Support marketing efforts by providing insights, case studies, and project highlights.
• Promote company services through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and business networks.
