Position: 4D & 5D BIM Engineer

Experience: 3–5 Years

Location: Kolaghat, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 4D (time-based) and 5D (cost-based) BIM models.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate scheduling and cost data.

Support project planning, progress tracking, and simulations.

Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Requirements:

Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Revit).

Strong understanding of construction workflows and project scheduling.

Experience in cost estimation and quantity take-offs.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
