Job description Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business development Executive to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing communication with potential and existing clients, understanding their manufacturing needs, and promoting our products and services to boost sales. Key Responsibilities:  Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential clients in industries related to manufacturing (e.g., suppliers, distributors, or B2B clients) to introduce our products and services.  Product Knowledge: Explain technical details, features, and benefits of our products/services tailored to the manufacturing sector.  Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales, focusing on increasing the customer base and market share.  Customer Inquiries: Respond to inquiries about product specifications, pricing, delivery times, and other relevant information.  Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships.  Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify additional sales opportunities.  Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals and targets by actively promoting our products and services.  CRM Management: Record and update customer interactions and sales opportunities accurately in the CRM system.  Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements to better address client needs and adjust the sales approach.
