We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive who can bring in new clients and help grow our business. What You’ll Do Identify and connect with potential clients who need software, bots, websites, or mobile apps Reach out through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn Understand client needs and explain how Flamy’s services can help Give presentations and close deals Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Work with the tech team to ensure smooth delivery Keep track of your work using CRM tools What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in IT or software) Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, and automation tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at problem-solving Familiar with tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Zoho What You’ll Get Remote work flexibility Fixed salary + performance bonuses Chance to work with modern tech and automation solutions Friendly and supportive team Learning and growth opportunities
