Responsibilities:Lead Management: Follow up with leads generated via Just Dial and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital services (website, app, software, marketing). Client Communication: Contact potential customers via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Sales & Conversion: Present service offerings confidently and clearly. Convert leads into paying clients through strategic follow-ups. Email Marketing: Run and manage email campaigns to generate fresh leads. Segment and nurture leads using personalized communication. Collaboration: Work with the digital marketing and technical teams to align client expectations with deliverables. Requirements:Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi + English). Basic understanding of digital services like websites, mobile apps, SEO, etc. Familiarity with tools like Just Dial, Facebook Ads, WhatsApp Business, and email marketing platforms.
