Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through bank visits, referrals, and networking
• Present Credaegis services to potential clients effectively
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain client and lead records in CRM
• Conduct market research to identify prospects
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
• Travel within the city/region for business development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales/Lead Generation (Finance/Banking preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Own vehicle and smartphone for field visits
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred
