Job description: We’re Hiring: Student Coordinator (Full-Time ) Location: BIM Cafe Learning Hub, Chittethukara, Kakkanad, Ernakulam Work Mode: Offline (Work from Office) Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Experience: 0-1 year Salary: Attractive package based on experience ⸻ About BIM Cafe Learning Hub BIM Cafe Learning Hub is one of South India’s top BIM training institutes, offering hands-on programs in Architecture, MEP, and international BIM projects. We are looking for a smart and responsible Student Coordinator to manage the complete student journey — from enrollment to course completion. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Welcome newly enrolled students and act as their primary point of contact Share daily online class links (Google Meet) and manage student communication Upload recorded sessions to Google Drive/OneDrive Coordinate with faculty to collect class topics and manage scheduling Set up and manage daily online/offline sessions Track student attendance and course progress Hand over student details to the Placement Officer after course completion ⸻ Eligibility & Requirements Any Bachelor’s Degree (Freshers welcome) Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Basic tech skills: Google Meet, Gmail, Drive, Excel Must be based in Ernakulam District (for training & offline role) ⸻ Work Mode & Flexibility This is primarily a full-time, offline role at our Kakkanad office Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays working) ⸻ How to Apply Send your resume to hr@bimcafe.in or WhatsApp us at +91 95441 35014 Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
