Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MEP BIM Faculty to join our team at the Calicut center. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of MEP design, coordination, and BIM software tools, along with the ability to train and guide students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on MEP & BIM software tools (such as Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Deliver both theory and practical classes with real-time project examples.
• Guide students in MEP project modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Stay updated on the latest BIM trends and technologies.
• Support students in completing course projects and certifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical.
• 2–3 years of experience in MEP Design/BIM Modelling/Training.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks is mandatory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
