Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty role located in Ernakulam, where the faculty member will train students and professionals in advanced BIM concepts and tools. Responsibilities include designing and delivering instructional content, guiding learners in hands-on projects, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest BIM technologies. The role involves mentoring learners to achieve industry readiness and offers opportunities to collaborate with a passionate team focused on building expertise in the architecture, engineering, and construction domains.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and related collaboration tools.
• Teaching, mentoring, or training experience in BIM, architecture, or engineering fields.
• Understanding of international project standards and workflows (e.g., metric and imperial units).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Background in architecture, engineering, or construction; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to guide students through real-world scenarios and support career development.
