Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Andhra Pradesh job portals and community networks.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates for job roles.
• Conduct initial outreach calls in English and Telugu.
• Keep ATS database updated.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and employers.
• Post job ads across online platforms.
• Assist recruitment managers with admin tasks.
• Participate in training sessions to sharpen recruitment skills.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in recruitment, HR, or related areas (freshers welcome).
• Communication fluency in English and Telugu.
• Organized, adaptable, and proactive.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, job portals).
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,290.77 - ₹20,000.40 per month
