PROFILE SUMMARY

We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Operations Executive with a passion for lighting solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, providing expert advice on lighting products, and driving sales growth within the experience center. The role demands a proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to build a long-lasting relationship with customers to ensure their needs are met with the best lighting products available.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY

 Meet and assist customers in the experience center to offer guidance on the products

 Drive sales by promoting products and upselling related accessories to clients

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide accurate information to clients

 Assist in managing inventory control which includes regularly updating stocks to ensure product availability

 Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the manager on customer preferences

 Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a courteous manner

 Manage day-to-day operations at the experience center to ensure effective running of the business operations

 Deal with architects & interior designers to understand their requirements in details.

SKILLS REQUIRED

 Proven experience in sales & operations

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills

 Basic understanding of lighting products and electrical fittings is an advantage

ELIGIBILITY

 Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

 At least 1-2 years of experience in sales operations , or similar customer-facing environment

 Experience in the lighting industry or knowledge of lighting products is an advantage

 Female candidates are highly preferred

WORKING DAYS & TIME

 Monday to Saturday (11 AM-7 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
