Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential students, institutions, and partners, and contributing to the growth of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to prospective students, schedule counseling sessions, and convert them into enrollments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions for outreach and collaboration.
• Represent K-IDE at educational fairs, webinars, seminars, and other promotional events.
• Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
