About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through various channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, etc.).
• Identify potential clients, understand their business requirements, and present suitable IT solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver engaging business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align client requirements with company offerings.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven work experience (2–3 years) as a BDE in the IT services/software industry.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions such as Web Development, Mobile Applications, SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build strong networks and client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.

Pay: ₹20,683.58 - ₹30,809.76 per month
