Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, smart-thinking Business Development Intern who can support our sales and growth strategy. As a BDE Intern, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to lead generation, outbound outreach, pitch creation, and client communication across various industries such as IT services, SaaS, and digital marketing.This internship is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, good at communication, and eager to build a long-term career in sales or business consulting.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries
  • Assist in generating qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, emails, and research
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Support in preparing client pitch decks, proposals, and cold emails
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads and contact details
  • Shadow client meetings and take notes on requirements and action items
  • Track outreach performance and suggest optimization ideas
  • Coordinate internally with marketing and technical teams for proposals

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and writing skills (English – must be fluent)
  • Basic understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, or CRM tools
  • Internet research and LinkedIn navigation skills
  • Ability to think logically, solve problems, and present clearly
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and email outreach tools
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Apollo.io, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
