Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and closing deals to meet revenue goals. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of technology-driven products. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads for our manufactured products, automation solutions, and related technology products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders, clearly presenting the company's product offerings and value propositions. Effectively present and explain our products and services to potential customers, clearly demonstrating their value. Convince potential clients by addressing their needs and providing suitable product solutions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to successfully close sales. Travel extensively to various states for client meetings and relationship-building. Manage the sales pipeline effectively and achieve assigned monthly sales targets. Regularly update and maintain accurate sales records, activities, and forecasts. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as assigned. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in technology or automation sectors. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets consistently. Strong willingness and ability to travel frequently. Highly self-motivated and results-driven individual. Compensation Structure: Base Salary: ₹28,000/month.
