Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Welder cum Fabricator experienced in MIG and TIG welding for precise sheet metal fabrication based on technical drawings. The role also includes post-welding finishing, such as grinding and polishing, to achieve an impeccable appearance. Key Responsibilities: Interpret technical drawings to fabricate and assemble sheet metal components Execute high-quality MIG and TIG welding on various metal substrates Perform post-welding grinding and polishing to achieve a high-gloss finish Ensure components meet design specifications and quality standards Conduct inspections and rectify discrepancies in weld quality Maintain equipment and uphold safety practices in the fabrication area Qualifications: Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, with strong MIG and TIG welding expertise Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings Demonstrated skills in post-welding finishing processes, including grinding and polishing Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Knowledge of industry safety standards; relevant welding certifications are advantageous This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is dedicated to delivering precise fabrication and exceptional finishing work.
