Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities : Identify and prospect new clients through various sales channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions to close sales effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements. Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends. Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Skills & Qualifications : 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in Industrial products. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel , Power Point, etc.). Self-starter with a strong work ethic and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A customer-centric mindset and solution-oriented approach.
