Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promote academic programs to prospective students, parents, and institutions
Generate leads for admissions through schools, colleges, events, and campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with corporates, training partners, and educational consultants
Conduct college presentations, seminars, and career guidance sessions
Support admission targets through field visits, follow-ups, and counseling
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and conversions
Represent the college at education fairs and outreach programs

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline
1 - 3 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or business development
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for outreach and field activities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

Experience in college admissions or educational institutions
Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Ability to counsel students and parents effectively
