Profile: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Mohali (Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM)

Days: 5 days working

Exp required: 3-7 Years

CTC: upto 50,000/month + Lucrative Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive international sales, build strong client relationships, and expand our presence in the global BPO/KPO market. This is a high-impact role for professionals who thrive in international business development and enterprise sales.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a territory plan targeting mid-market to enterprise clients.
• Prospect daily via calls, emails, and social media to secure discovery meetings.
• Understand client requirements and align them with the right BPO solutions.
• Lead RFPs/RFIs, pricing discussions, and proposal preparation.
• Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and successfully close new-logo business deals.
• Maintain CRM discipline and deliver accurate sales forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client discovery sessions.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations (TSR/TCPA).

What You’ve Done (Required)

• Excellent Comm skills
• 3–7 years of proven experience in closing new B2B deals in Contact Center/BPO/KPO.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong cold calling and lead generation experience.
• Closed multi-stakeholder deals involving Ops, IT/Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Hands-on experience in building proposals and pricing models (FTE, per-interaction, outcome-based).
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
