Business Development Executive – Sales & Lead Generation

Location: Mohali, Punjab | Onsite Position

Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven expertise in offline/digital sales, client acquisition, and business growth. The candidate should be skilled in lead generation, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and direct sales pitching. Unlike an online bidding role, this position focuses on creating business opportunities, pitching services, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries and regions
  • Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other sales strategies
  • Pitch 3D, CGI, and creative-tech services effectively to decision-makers
  • Schedule and conduct meetings/calls with prospective clients
  • Draft persuasive proposals and business presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals independently
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a BDE/ Sales Executive in IT, creative-tech, or service-based industries
  • Strong experience in offline/digital sales, cold calling, cold emailing, and client acquisition
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, and ambitious
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
