Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Type: Full-time (Work from Office + Field Visits)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, building strong relationships, and converting leads into sales. The role requires both office-based work and field visits. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Maintain reports of daily calls, meetings, and sales progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 0–2 years of experience in sales/BD (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to work in-office and travel/visit clients as required.
