We are seeking a Business Development Executive to be a pivotal force in expanding our market presence and driving revenue. If you thrive on identifying new opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and closing deals, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do: Drive Growth & Build Partnerships

  • Market Hunter: Actively source, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities by leveraging digital channels, networking, and direct outreach (cold calling/emailing) to create a robust pipeline.
  • Relationship Architect: Forge, cultivate, and nurture strong, long-term relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers, acting as the primary point of contact and company ambassador.
  • Strategic Insight: Conduct in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to uncover new market segments and develop data-driven strategies for aggressive market penetration.
  • Revenue Generator: Own the sales cycle, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure, consistently meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets. You will craft and present compelling, customized business proposals and quotations.
  • Internal Collaborator: Work seamlessly across Marketing, Operations, and Management teams to ensure client solutions are executed flawlessly and to align on overarching business strategy.
  • Brand Champion: Enhance our brand visibility by representing the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and through strategic online and offline brand-building initiatives.

What You'll Bring: Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role is preferred.
  • The Closer: Exceptional negotiation and persuasive selling abilities with a track record of achieving targets.
  • The Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills—you can articulate value and tell a compelling business story.
  • The Strategist: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct effective market research and translate data into actionable sales strategies.
  • The Professional: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and target-driven. Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • The Tech-Savvy Pro: Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools (maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed sales reports).

Education

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred: MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus, but not mandatory for an exceptional candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
