Role Overview

The Business development executive will be the face of GoWow in building meaningful collaborations with NGOs, corporates, vendors, and educational institutes. The role involves creating long-term relationships, driving visibility campaigns, and expanding GoWow’s impact by showcasing its services and offerings to potential partners.

About GoWow Services

GoWow is a multi-stakeholder social service platform connecting:

• NGOs – with resources, volunteers, and visibility.
• Corporates (CSR) – with impactful projects, employee volunteering, and community outreach.
• Vendors & Local Businesses – with social campaigns, footfall opportunities, and cause-driven branding.
• Institutes (Schools & Colleges) – with internships, volunteering, and socially impactful learning opportunities

The Outreach Executive will ensure that these services are communicated clearly to the right partners, creating win–win collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and onboard NGOs, corporates, vendors, and institutes by presenting GoWow’s services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with collaborators and stakeholders.
• Identify and develop strategic opportunities for organizational growth.
• Represent GoWow in networking events, CSR forums, vendor meets, and college drives.
• Design and execute awareness campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize outreach initiatives accordingly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure aligned communication and branding.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in partnership development, outreach, or stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to formulate and execute outreach strategies across different sectors.
• Capable of managing multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSW/MSW, MBA/BBA, B.Com/M.Com, BA/MA (Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, etc.), B.Sc/M.Sc, BCA/MCA, or any relevant graduate/postgraduate degree.
• Prior experience working with CSR, NGOs, community initiatives, or institutional partnerships will be a plus.
