Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in market research, lead generation, and sales strategies, with a strong understanding of the industry and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions, products, or services.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align strategies and optimize outcomes.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 06 Months to 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the [Fintech industry] market is a plus.

Working Hours - 10:00 AM to & & 7:00 PM

Working Days - Monday to Saturday
