Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Cling Infotech Pvt. Ltd. This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in business development, with exposure to Technology, Marketing, and Analytics under the domain of Digital Transformation.

As a Business Development Executive, you will work closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and be involved in the complete business development process, from prospecting to client engagement, while developing valuable skills in sales and marketing. The role requires achieving monthly targets, which will be set at 10 times your salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver presentations in the areas of Technology, Marketing, and Analytics.
  • Project Audit and Analysis:
  • Conduct audits and analyses of various projects using digital transformation tools.
  • Target Audience Research:
  • Perform deep research and analysis of the target audience to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prospect Generation:
  • Collect and compile data on new prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
  • Maintain and update the existing database of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Connect with prospects, follow up, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
  • Work on lead nurturing and relationship-building activities.
  • Collaboration with BDM:
  • Assist the BDM in all aspects of the business development process.
  • Participate in client meetings alongside the BDM.
  • Deliver presentations to clients in collaboration with the BDM.
  • Task Management:
  • Execute tasks assigned by your manager diligently and on time.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 2+ years in Business Development or a related field.
  • Educational Background: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency with business development tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software).
  • Sound knowledge of the IT field.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setup.
  • Personal Traits:
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a keen interest in learning.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
