Capitalnine Services Private Limited is a trusted Corporate Direct Sales Associate (DSA) partnering with leading Banks and NBFCs across India. A Business Development Executive (BDE) identifies and creates new business opportunities and client relationships to drive revenue and company growth, focusing on long-term strategic goals rather than short-term sales. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams. Success in this role is measured by the ability to generate leads, expand the client base, and meet sales targets.  Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Researching and identifying potential new clients, markets, and business opportunities.  Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders.  Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, such as sales campaigns and proposals.  Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform business decisions.  Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.  Collaboration: Working with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to align offerings with client needs and achieve objectives.  Presentations & Proposals: Preparing and delivering compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.  CRM Management: Using CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.  Networking: Representing the company at industry events and conferences to expand the professional network.  Key Skills & Attributes Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and present effectively.  Negotiation & Presentation Skills: The ability to negotiate favorable terms and deliver persuasive pitches.  Sales & Goal Orientation: A track record of exceeding sales targets and a goal-driven mindset.  Strategic Thinking: Developing creative and strategic approaches to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.  Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends, products, and services.  CRM Proficiency: Experience with customer relationship management software.  Resilience & Persistence: The ability to handle pressure and persist through challenges to achieve goals.
