Job Description

As a Business Development Executive at Bragnam Learning Private Limited, your role is crucial in expanding the preschool franchise network by identifying and securing new franchise partners. You will play a key part in driving the growth and success of the company. Responsibilities: - Identify potential franchise partners through various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate potential franchisees based on their financial capability, business acumen, and alignment with Bragnam Learning's values and vision. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees, effectively communicating the benefits and advantages of partnering with Bragnam Learning. - Conduct presentations and meetings with potential franchisees to showcase the unique features and advantages of our preschool franchise model. - Assist potential franchisees in understanding the franchise agreement, financial projections, and the overall franchising process. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and initiatives to attract potential franchise partners. - Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch of their preschool. - Collaborate closely with the Operations team to ensure compliance with Bragnam Learning's standards and guidelines across all franchise locations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, preferably in the franchising or education sector. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with potential franchise partners. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. - Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. - Knowledge of preschool education and the franchising industry is highly desirable. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
