Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of field agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly merchant onboarding and product sales targets. Agent Performance Tracking: Monitor performance through reports, dashboards, and regular field visits; identify training and support needs. Process Adherence: Ensure all field operations and merchant onboarding follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines. Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting of KPIs and field activities to the Area Sales Manager or higher management. Market Development: Drive agent deployment in high-potential areas and ensure deep market penetration for all Paytm products. Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving escalations from agents and merchants. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (tech, support, product) for smooth field execution and resolution of technical issues.
