Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, corporate sales, or travel sales.
Education: BBA/MBA in Business Administration, Bachelor's in Travel & Tourism, or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills with expertise in formal email etiquette. Proven ability in sales negotiation, lead conversion, and client retention. Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets under tight deadlines.
