Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and confident B2B Sales Closer to join our team onsite at our office. You will focus on converting warm leads into paying clients for our innovative white-label nutrition AI platform. This is a full-time, in-office role where you will collaborate closely with our marketing and management team to build predictable revenue.   Key Responsibilities: • Engage with warm leads passed from the marketing team. • Conduct discovery calls and in-person/virtual product demos. • Follow up systematically via phone, email, and LinkedIn. • Overcome objections and confidently negotiate pricing. • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets. • Maintain accurate records and reports in CRM.   Requirements: • 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or agency sales. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Strong presentation skills (in-person and video). • Skilled at objection handling and closing. • Familiar with sales CRMs (Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar). • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a structured office environment.   Nice to Have: • Experience selling white-label or subscription-based software. • Exposure to the health, fitness, or wellness industry. • Background working with startups or small businesses.   Compensation: • Competitive fixed monthly salary: ₹30,000 - ₹60,000, based on experience and skills. • Performance-based commissions for each closed deal. • Additional incentives and rewards for exceeding targets.   Why Join Us? • Be part of an innovative product with strong market demand. • Get qualified leads so you can focus 100% on closing. • Clear career growth opportunities in a growing SaaS company.
